DEFINITIONS
The following definitions apply to this Buyers Terms and Conditions. This Buyers Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Return Policy, sets out the whole agreement between You and STYL.
Applicable Laws shall mean the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Business Day shall mean a day other than Friday or Saturday or a public holiday in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Buyers Terms and Conditions shall mean this terms and conditions.
Fashion Items shall mean second-hand or brand-new clothes, accessories, and shoes available via the Online Platform.
Fashion Items Description shall mean the Fashion Items price, condition, description, brand, and any other information provided to You on the Online Platform related to a Fashion Item.
Force Majeure shall mean an act of God, including but not limited to fire, floods, storms, hurricanes, typhoons, volcanic activities, or earthquakes, as well as acts, orders or requests of a sovereign or a government and /or of anybody purporting to be or to act for such authority, wars, whether declared or not, war-like actions, revolutions, riots , civil insurrections, or civil commotions , as well as strikes, lock outs, and/or similar actions in labour disputes, and any other comparable cause beyond the control of a party unless its performance has been expressly guaranteed by expressly waving the exemption of a Force Majeure event.
Online Platform shall mean this Website.
Services shall mean STYL services as provided herein.
STYL shall mean the owner of the Online Platform, Styl, a limited liability company validly existing under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. (STYL can also be referred to as We, Us, Our)
Third Party Providers shall mean independent entities that carry out specific service within the scope of the provided Services.
User(s) shall mean a user of the Online Platform who access it to buy Fashion Items (A user can also be referred to as You, Your, Buyer).
Website shall mean STYL website available at this URL address.

YOUR ACCOUNT
You will be required to create an account to take certain actions including but not limited to buying a Fashion Item and placing an order. Upon creating an account, You will be required to provide Us with some information such as Your name, phone number, email address, credit or debit card (if You choose to pay online), and home address (together referred to as “Account Details”). By providing Account Details, You hereby represent and agree that all information provided is true, accurate, and up to date.
You are the sole authorized User of Your Account Details. It is Your responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of any password, account name, phone number provided by You to access or use the Online Platform. Do not share Your Account Details with anyone else. We may suspend or block Your use of the Online Platform, in Our sole discretion, if We suspect any breach of this clause. You are fully responsible for all activities that take place under Your Account Details. We disclaim any liability for any usage of Your Account Details. If You notice any unauthorized use of Your Account Details, please contact us immediately on info@styl-eg.com.
Please access the Online Platform solely on computers or mobile devices that You own or control.
FEEDBACKS
We may request from You or You may provide Us with feedbacks or comments, in any form or means whether in writing or orally, including but not limited to improvements of the Online Platform, Service as a whole, complaints, or any similar information (“Feedback”). The Feedback shall be the property of STYL at all times and any submitted Feedback does not grant You any right or title in any Feedback. We reserve the right to use, not use, enhance, or dismiss any submitted Feedback in Our sole discretion without any notice or compensation to You. By submitting a Feedback, You assign to STYL any and all rights and titles that You may have in a Feedback.
COLORS OF THE FASHION ITEMS
We have taken great care to present the colours of Fashion Items on the Online Platform as accurately as possible. All Fashion Items listed are photographed under consistent lighting and with a uniform background. Please note that the true colours of Fashion Items may not be accurately represented due to the varied settings of computer monitors and device screens. We are not responsible for any discrepancies in colour interpretation, including instances where the colour of the Fashion Item delivered differs from the one seen on Your screen. In all cases, the colour of the Fashion Item will conform to the description provided on the Online Platform.
PAYMENTS
All prices available on the Online Platform is in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and inclusive of any taxes (if any). Prices of Fashion Items exclude any shipping costs. You will be able to view the shipping costs upon checking out and before You make a purchase. You must pay the full price of the Fashion Item and any shipping costs. We currently provide one payment method: Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
Pricing errors. We take great care and effort to ensure that all prices listed for every Fashion Item is accurate and free of any errors. In the rare case that We listed an item with an incorrect price, and You placed an order, We will contact You immediately once the error has been identified by Us. In such case, You can either cancel Your order or agree to the correct price. If You already paid for the Fashion Item and wish to cancel it, We will reimburse any amounts paid by You in full. If We are unable to reach You, We will cancel Your order and reimburse any amounts paid by You, if any, in full.
Change of Prices. We reserve the right to modify the price of any Fashion Item listed on the Online Platform. Such right will not be exercised if You already made a purchase, subject to pricing errors clause.
Discounts. Discounts and promotions shall be used separately and at no times shall be combined. You cannot use promotion codes on discounted Fashion Items. You cannot use multiple discount codes in a single transaction. If You are given a discount code or promotional code privately, such as in emails or messages, You are prohibited to share it with anyone else and shall use such code solely by You and cannot be shared with any third-party or any other User.
MAKING AN ORDER
Availability. All Fashion Items are subject to availability. We aim to provide exceptional user experience. We take every measure to ensure that Fashion Items available on the Online Platform is available. However, We will not be liable for any unavailability of any Fashion Item. In case the Fashion Item is no longer available, We will provide You with alternatives or cancel Your order and reimburse You with any amounts paid if any.
Rejection. We always do everything possible to process all orders submitted. However, We may refuse to complete or fulfill Your order in situations including but not limited to (I) shipping restrictions, (II) Your breach of any of the provisions stated herein, (III) unavailability of the Fashion Item, or (IV) Your failure to provide payment authorization. We shall not be liable to You or any third party for rejecting Your order.
Displayed Products. We inspect each Fashion Item available on the platform due to Our quality standards. All Fashion Items may be:
(I) Brand New With Tags;
(II) Pre-Loved Perfect Condition; or
(III) Pre-Loved Good Condition.
You will be allowed to check the quality again upon receiving the Fashion Item.
DELIVERY
We will aim to dispatch Your order within five (5) Business Days from the day You place an order. We always aim to do everything possible to deliver Your order on time. However, there may be unforeseeable delays. If such delays exist, We may promptly notify You and You may choose to accept such delay or cancel Your order.
We will contact You by email, phone number, and/or via the Online Platform once Your order is dispatched. Our delivery courier will make three attempts to deliver it to You, in case You fail to receive it upon the first instance. If You do not take it after the third attempt, We may at Our sole discretion, cancel Your order.
Self-Pick-Up Option.
Upon checking out, You may choose to pick up Your order from Our office. You may do so within three (3) days in Our working hours, from the date You place an order. Failure to do so within the above-mentioned time frame may result in cancellation of Your order, in Our sole discretion.
USE OF THE ONLINE PLATFORM
By accessing the Online Platform, You hereby agree to use the Online Platform in lawful and legitimate ways only; and make legal orders only.
IMPROPER USE OF THE ONLINE PLATFORM
By accessing the Online Platform, You are prohibited from one or any of the following actions (including any attempts of the following) :
- Make any fraudulent orders;
- License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Online Platform, whether in whole or in part, or any content displayed on the Online Platform;
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Online Platform;
- Use the Online Platform to build a comparable or competing website, application, or service;
- Use the Online Platform for any commercial or service-related activities;
- Access the Online Platform in an unauthorized manner (or to other computer systems or networks connected to or used together with the Online Platform), whether through password mining or any other means;
- Replicate, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any part of the Online Platform in any form or by any means;
- Upload, transmit, or distribute to or through the Online Platform any computer viruses, worms, or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system or data;
- Use the Online Platform to send unauthorized or unsolicited messages, advertisements, promotions, junk, spam, or any other kind of unsolicited or duplicated messages, for any purpose;
- Collect or gather information about other Users;
- Disrupt or create burden on servers or networks connected to the Online Platform, or violate the procedures, policies or regulations of such networks;
- Harass or interfere with any other User’s use and enjoyment of the Online Platform; or
- Use software or automated agents or scripts to produce multiple accounts on the Online Platform or to generate automated searches, requests, or queries to (or to strip, scrape, or mine data from) the Online Platform.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Buyers Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect throughout Your use of the Online Platform. We may suspend or terminate Your rights to use the Online Platform at any time for any reason in Our sole discretion, including for any use of the Online Platform in violation of these Buyers Terms and Conditions. Upon termination of Your rights, Your right to access and use the Online Platform will terminate immediately. We will not have any liability whatsoever to You or any third party for any termination of Your rights stated herein, including for termination of the account.
You acknowledge and understand that the role of STYL shall be limited to acting as an intermediate platform between Buyers and sellers. We are not the owner of any Fashion Item at any time and We are not resellers of the Fashion Items. All Fashion Items and its trademarks are owned by the respective brand owners. We do not have any association or affiliation with the brands available, unless stated clearly otherwise. You agree that STYL shall not participate in disputes between Buyers and Sellers in any case. Whereas, by using the Online Platform, You acknowledge the potential risks or mistakes of the Sellers (Please read the Sellers Terms of Service to understand the types of Sellers). Accordingly, the use of the Online Platform is at Your own risk and judgment, and STYL shall have no liability arising from or in any way related to Your transactions or relationship with the Sellers.
At all times, You acknowledge and agree that Our total liability, if any to be found, is always limited to the total amount paid by You for a particular Fashion Item.
This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws and shall survive any termination or expiration of this Buyers Terms and Conditions or Your use of the Online Platform.
DISCLAIMERS.
The Fashion Item Description presented on the Online Platform is provided in good faith by its sellers and/or by Us. The Fashion Item Description is believed to be current and true. We do not make any warranty to the reliability, completeness, timeliness, quality, suitability, availability or accuracy of the Fashion Item Description. You agree that STYL or its employees is not responsible for any errors or missing information. It is Your sole responsibility and discretion to purchase a Fashion Item via the Online Platform.
STYL disclaims all representations, where expressed or implied, set out in this Buyers Terms and Conditions, including fitness for a specific purpose, non-infringement, any services requested through the Online Platform or any means attached to it, uninterrupted or error-free Online Platform. You agree that You are responsible for the entire risk arising from Your usage of the Online Platform to the maximum extent permitted under the Applicable Laws.
STYL will not be liable to You or any third party for any lost profits, lost data, costs of procurement of substitute products, or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from or relating to these Buyers Terms and Conditions. Access to, and use of, the Online Platform is at Your own discretion and risk, and You will be solely responsible for any damage to Your device or computer system, or loss of data resulting therefrom.
FORCE MAJEURE EVENT
STYL shall not be liable for any delay, interruption or failure to fulfil its obligations if caused by any act of Force Majeure Event, or any other similar events beyond Our control that may prevent or delay Our Services.
WAIVERS
Our waiver of any right or remedy stated herein shall only be effective if it is in writing, executed by a duly authorized representative of STYL, and shall apply only to the circumstances for which it is given. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or remedy stated herein shall not operate as a waiver of such right or remedy, nor shall it prevent any future exercise or enforcement of such right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of any right or remedy shall preclude or restrict the further exercise of any such right or remedy or other rights or remedies.
AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to amend this Buyers Terms and Conditions from time to time. We may, at Our sole discretion, bring such amendments to Your attention. It remains Your sole responsibility to ensure that You are up to date with any amendments to the Buyers Terms and Conditions. By using the Online Platform, after any amendments to the Buyers Terms and Conditions, You are agreeing to the amended version of the Buyer Terms of Use. Please do not use or access the Online Platform if You do not agree with the amended version of the Buyers Terms and Conditions. You can review the most current version of the Buyer Terms of Use at any time on this page.
INDEMNIFICATION
In the event We face legal actions due to Your actions or inactions, We have the right to request that You indemnify Us. For example, You will cover all Our costs including legal fees and expenses. If We decide, at Our sole discretion, to handle the defence of such claims, You agree to provide reasonable assistance upon Our request.
SEVERABILITY
Each paragraph of this Buyers Terms and Conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
APPLICABLE LAWS
The Buyers Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual right arising out or in connection with the Buyers Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If You have a dispute with Us, Please reach out to this email info@styl-eg.com and attempt to resolve this dispute informally. If unable to resolve the dispute, the dispute shall be referred to and resolved by Egypt courts.

- القوانين المعمول بها: تعني قوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
- يوم عمل: يعني يومًا بخلاف يوم الجمعة أو السبت أو يوم عطلة رسمية في جمهورية مصر العربية.
- شروط وأحكام المشترين: تعني هذه الشروط والأحكام.
- منتجات الأزياء : تعني الملابس والإكسسوارات والأحذية المستعملة أو الجديدة تمامًا المتاحة عبر المنصة الإلكترونية.
- وصف منتجات الأزياء: يعني سعر منتجات الأزياء وحالتها ووصفها وعلامتها التجارية وأي معلومات أخرى مقدمة لك على المنصة الإلكترونية متعلقة بمنتج من منتجات الأزياء.

- مقدمو الخدمات من جهات خارجية: تعني الكيانات المستقلة التي تقدم خدمة محددة ضمن نطاق الخدمات المقدمة.

:ألوان منتجات الأزياء
لقد حرصنا كثيرًا على عرض ألوان منتجات الأزياء على منصة الإنترنت بأدق ما يمكن. يتم تصوير جميع منتجات الأزياء المُدرجة تحت إضاءة ثابتة وخلفية موحدة. يرجى ملاحظة أن الألوان الحقيقية لمنتجات الأزياء قد لا يتم تمثيلها بدقة بسبب الإعدادات المختلفة لشاشات الكمبيوتر وشاشات الأجهزة. نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي تباين في تفسير اللون، بما في ذلك الحالات التي يختلف فيها لون منتج الأزياء المُسلم عن الذي يُشاهد على شاشتك. في جميع الأحوال، سيتوافق لون منتج الأزياء مع الوصف المقدم على منصة الإنترنت.
:المدفوعات
جميع الأسعار المتاحة على منصة الإنترنت بالجنيه المصري (ج.م) وتشمل أي ضرائب (إن وجدت) لا تشمل أسعار منتجات الأزياء أي تكاليف شحن. ستتمكن من رؤية تكاليف الشحن عند الخروج وقبل إجراء عملية الشراء. يجب عليك دفع السعر الكامل لمنتج الأزياء وأي تكاليف شحن. نحن نوفر حاليًا طريقة دفع واحدة فقط: الدفع عند الاستلام (COD).
:أخطاء في التسعير
نحن نبذل عناية كبيرة وجهدًا كبيرًا لضمان أن تكون جميع الأسعار المدرجة لكل منتج أزياء دقيقة وخالية من أي أخطاء. في الحالات النادرة التي ندرج فيها منتجًا بسعر غير صحيح، وقمت بتقديم طلب، سنتصل بك فورًا بمجرد تحديد الخطأ من قبلنا. في هذه الحالة، يمكنك إما إلغاء طلبك أو الموافقة على السعر الصحيح. إذا كنت قد دفعت بالفعل ثمن منتج الأزياء وترغب في إلغائه، فسوف نرد إليك أي مبالغ دفعتها بالكامل. إذا لم نتمكن من الوصول إليك، فسوف نقوم بإلغاء طلبك واسترداد أي مبالغ دفعتها، إن وجدت، بالكامل
:تغيير الأسعار
نحتفظ بحق تعديل سعر أي قطعة موضة معروضة على المنصة الإلكترونية. لن يُمارس هذا الحق إذا كنت قد أجريت عملية شراء بالفعل، مع مراعاة بند أخطاء التسعير.
:التخفيضات
لا يجوز الجمع بين العروض الترويجية والتخفيضات، ويجب استخدامها بشكل منفصل. لا يمكنك استخدام أكواد التخفيض على منتجات الأزياء المخفضة. لا يمكنك استخدام أكواد تخفيض متعددة في عملية شراء واحدة. إذا حصلت على رمز خصم أو كود ترويجي شخصيًا، مثل رسائل البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل، يُمنع مشاركته مع أي شخص آخر ويجب عليك استخدام هذا الرمز وحدك ولا يمكن مشاركته مع أي طرف ثالث أو أي مستخدم آخر.
:تقديم الطلب
التوفر: تخضع جميع منتجات الأزياء للتوافر. نهدف إلى توفير تجربة مستخدم استثنائية. نبذل كل جهد ممكن لضمان توفر منتجات الأزياء المتاحة على المنصة الإلكترونية. ومع ذلك، لن نتحمل مسؤولية عدم توفر أي منتج من منتجات الأزياء. في حال عدم توفر منتج الأزياء بعد الآن، سنقوم بتزويدك بخيارات بديلة أو إلغاء طلبك واسترداد أي مبالغ دفعتها إن وجدت.
:الرفض

نسعى جاهدين لإرسال طلبك خلال خمسة (5) أيام عمل من تاريخ تقديمك للطلب. نهدف دائمًا إلى بذل كل ما في وسعنا لتسليم طلبك في الوقت المحدد. ومع ذلك، قد تحدث تأخيرات لا يمكن التنبؤ بها. إذا حدثت مثل هذه التأخيرات، فقد نقوم بإخطارك على الفور ويمكنك اختيار قبول هذا التأخير أو إلغاء طلبك.
سنقوم بالاتصال بك عبر البريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف و / أو عبر المنصة الإلكترونية بمجرد إرسال طلبك. سيقوم البريد السريع الخاص بنا بثلاث محاولات لتسليمه إليك، في حالة عدم استلامه بعد المحاولة الأولى. إذا لم تستلمه بعد المحاولة الثالثة، يجوز لنا وفقًا لتقديرنا الخاص إلغاء طلبك.
المنتجات المعروضة يمكن ان تكون جديدة او مستعملة وبخصوص حالة المنتج سوف يتم فحصها من خلال الشركة او من خلال المشتري حالة استلام المنتج من البائع مباشرة وان الشركة غير مسئولة عن حالة المنتج الا عند استلامه.
يجب ان يوقع العميل على ايصال استلام للمنتج ، على ان يوضح هذا الايصال البيانات الشخصية للعميل ووصف المنتج والسعر الاجمالى موضح به سعر المنتج نفسه وسعر الخدمة (عمولة ستايل) على ان يتم الاحتفاظ بهذه الايصالات لفترة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات.
يتم تسليم العميل ايصال استلام نقدية باجمالى المبلغ (قيمة المنتج + قيمة الخدمة الخاص بستايل) على ان يتم ارسال الفاتورة الالكترونية للعميل الخاصة بشركة ستايل خلال 3 ايام عمل عن طريق البريد الالكتروني او رسالة نصية او عن طريق اى تطبيق اخر يسمح للعميل باستلام الفاتورة الالكترونية الخاصة بقيمة الخدمة المقدمة من شركة ستايل (العمولة).
:خيار الاستلام الذاتي
عند الخروج، يمكنك اختيار استلام طلبك من مكتبنا. يمكنك القيام بذلك خلال ثلاثة (3) أيام في ساعات عملنا، من تاريخ تقديمك للطلب. قد يؤدي عدم القيام بذلك ضمن الإطار الزمني المذكور أعلاه إلى إلغاء طلبك، وفقًا لتقديرنا الخاص
:استخدام المنصة الإلكترونية
باستخدامك للمنصة الإلكترونية، فإنك توافق بموجب هذه الوثيقة على استخدام المنصة الإلكترونية بطرق قانونية وشرعية فقط؛ وتقديم طلبات قانونية فقط.
يتم اضافة الرقم القومي ضمن المطلوب لانشاء حساب خلال الموقع الالكتروني فى حالة الشراء بمبلغ اكبر من 50000( خمسون الف جنيها مصريا)
لا يسمح للمشترين استخدام الموقع فى اى نشاط تجارى او خدمي ، وفى حالة اكنتشاف استخدام المشترين الموقع فى الاتجار او اى انشطة تجارية للشركة الحق فى حظر المشتري فى التعامل مع الموقع.
فى حالة وجود اى نشاط تجارى للمستخدمين من المشتريين يتم ابلاغ ادارة الموقع وتقديم المستندات القانونية الدالة على نشاط التاجر (سجل تجارى ، بطاقة ضريبية ، شهادة التسجيل فى ضريبة القيمة المضافة ، الرقم القومي) .
يعتبر موافقة المستخدم على شروط واحكام الموقع الالكتروني تعتبر هذه موافقة على الافصاح عن البيانات والتعاملات مع اى جهة حكومية سوف تقوم بطلب تلك البيانات من الشركة وتتضمن تلك الجهات (الجهات القضائية ، مصلحة الضرائب المصرية).
:الاستخدام غير السليم للمنصة الإلكترونية
باستخدامك للمنصة الإلكترونية، يُحظر عليك القيام بأي من الإجراءات التالية (بما في ذلك أي محاولات للقيام بما يلي):
- تقديم أي طلبات احتيالية
- ترخيص أو بيع أو تأجير أو تأجير فرعي أو نقل أو تعيين أو توزيع أو استضافة أو استغلال تجاري آخر لمنصة الإنترنت، سواء كليًا أو جزئيًا، أو أي محتوى معروض على المنصة الإلكترونية
- تعديل أي جزء من المنصة الإلكترونية أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منه أو تفكيكه أو عكس تجميعه أو عكس هندسته
- استخدام المنصة الإلكترونية لبناء موقع ويب أو تطبيق أو خدمة مماثلة أو منافسة
- الوصول إلى المنصة الإلكترونية بطريقة غير مصرح بها (أو إلى أنظمة كمبيوتر أو شبكات أخرى متصلة بالمنصة الإلكترونية أو مستخدمة معها)، سواء من خلال سرقة كلمة المرور أو أي وسيلة أخرى
- تكرار أو إعادة إنتاج أو توزيع أو إعادة نشر أو تنزيل أو عرض أو نشر أو نقل أي جزء من المنصة الإلكترونية بأي شكل أو بأي وسيلة
- تحميل أو نقل أو توزيع أي فيروسات كمبيوتر أو ديدان أو أي برامج على المنصة الإلكترونية أو من خلالها بهدف إتلاف أو تغيير نظام كمبيوتر أو بيانات
- استخدام المنصة الإلكترونية لإرسال رسائل أو إعلانات أو عروض ترويجية أو بريد عشوائي أو رسائل غير مرغوب فيها أو أي نوع آخر من الرسائل غير المرغوب فيها أو المكررة، لأي غرض
- جمع أو جمع معلومات حول مستخدمين آخرين
- تعطيل أو إثقال الخوادم أو الشبكات المتصلة بالمنصة الإلكترونية، أو انتهاك إجراءات أو سياسات أو لوائح هذه الشبكات
- مضايقة أو التدخل في استخدام أي مستخدم آخر للمنصة الإلكترونية والاستمتاع بها
- استخدام البرامج أو الوكلاء الآليين أو البرامج النصية لإنشاء حسابات متعددة على المنصة الإلكترونية أو لإجراء عمليات بحث أو طلبات أو استعلامات آلية إلى (أو لتجريد أو استخراج أو استخراج بيانات من) المنصة الإلكترونية
:إخلاء المسئولية
سوف تظل شروط وأحكام المشترين سارية المفعول بالكامل طوال فترة استخدامك لمنصة الإنترنت. يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء حقوقك في استخدام منصة الإنترنت في أي وقت لأي سبب وفقًا لتقديرنا الخاص، بما في ذلك أي استخدام لمنصة الإنترنت ينتهك شروط وأحكام المشترين هذه. عند إنهاء حقوقك، سينتهي حقك في الوصول إلى منصة الإنترنت واستخدامها على الفور. لن نتحمل أي مسؤولية تجاهك أو تجاه أي طرف ثالث عن أي إنهاء لحقوقك المنصوص عليها هنا، بما في ذلك إنهاء الحساب.
تقر وتفهم أن دور ستايل يقتصر على العمل كمنصة وسيطة بين المشترين والبائعين. نحن لسنا مالكي أي منتج أزياء بأي وقت ونحن لسنا بائعين لمنتجات الأزياء. جميع منتجات الأزياء وعلاماتها التجارية مملوكة لأصحاب العلامات التجارية المعنية. ليس لدينا أي ارتباط أو انتماء بالعلامات التجارية المتاحة، إلا إذا تم ذكر ذلك بوضوح خلاف ذلك. أنت توافق على أن ستايل لن تشارك في نزاعات بين المشترين والبائعين بأي حال من الأحوال. في حين أنه باستخدام منصة الإنترنت، فإنك تقر بالمخاطر أو الأخطاء المحتملة التي قد يرتكبها البائعون (يرجى قراءة شروط خدمة البائع لفهم أنواع البائعين). وبناءً عليه، فإن استخدام منصة الإنترنت يقع على مسؤوليتك ومخاطرتك الشخصية، ولن تتحمل ستايل أي مسؤولية تنشأ عن أو تتعلق بأي شكل من الأشكال بمعاملاتك أو علاقتك مع البائعين.
في جميع الأوقات، تقر وتوافق على أن مسؤوليتنا الكاملة، إذا تم العثور عليها، تقتصر دائمًا على المبلغ الإجمالي الذي دفعته مقابل منتج أزياء معين.
ينطبق هذا الإعفاء من المسؤولية إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، وسيظل ساريًا بعد أي إنهاء أو انتهاء لشروط وأحكام المشترين هذه أو استخدامك لمنصة الإنترنت.
:إخلاءات المسؤولية
يتم تقديم وصف منتج الأزياء المعروض على المنصة الإلكترونية بحسن نية من قبل البائعين و / أو من قبلنا. يُعتقد أن وصف منتج الأزياء هو الحالي والصحيح. نحن لا نقدم أي ضمان لموثوقية أو اكتمال أو ملاءمة أو جودة أو ملاءمة أو توفر أو دقة وصف منتج الأزياء. أنت توافق على أن ستايل أو موظفيها غير مسؤولين عن أي أخطاء أو معلومات مفقودة. تقع على عاتقك مسؤولية وتقدير وحيد شراء منتج أزياء عبر المنصة الإلكترونية.
تتبرأ ستايل من جميع التصريحات، سواء صريحة أو ضمنية، المنصوص عليها في شروط وأحكام المشترين هذه، بما في ذلك ملاءمة لغرض معين، عدم التعدي، أي خدمات مقدمة عبر المنصة الإلكترونية أو أي وسيلة مرتبطة بها، منصة إلكترونية متاحة أو خالية من الأخطاء. أنت توافق على أنك مسؤول عن المخاطر الكاملة الناشئة عن استخدامك لمنصة الإنترنت إلى الحد الأقصى المسموح به بموجب القوانين المعمول بها.
لن تتحمل ستايل مسؤولية تجاهك أو تجاه أي طرف ثالث عن أي أرباح ضائعة أو بيانات ضائعة أو تكاليف الحصول على منتجات بديلة أو أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو نموذجية أو عرضية أو خاصة أو عقابية تنشأ عن أو تتعلق بشروط وأحكام المشترين هذه. الوصول إلى واستخدام المنصة الإلكترونية يقع على مسؤوليتك ومخاطرتك الخاصة، وستكون مسؤولاً وحدك عن أي ضرر يلحق بجهازك أو نظام الكمبيوتر الخاص بك، أو فقدان البيانات الناجم عن ذلك.
:حالة القوة القاهرة
لن تتحمل ستايل مسؤولية عن أي تأخير أو انقطاع أو فشل في الوفاء بالتزاماتها إذا نجم عن أي فعل من أفعال القوة القاهرة، أو أي أحداث مماثلة أخرى خارجة عن سيطرتنا والتي قد تمنع أو تؤخر خدماتنا.
:تنازلات
لن يسري أي تنازل عن أي حق أو تعويض منصوص عليه هنا إلا إذا كان ذلك في شكل كتابي، موقّع عليه من قبل ممثل مفوض قانونًا من ستايل، وينطبق فقط على الظروف التي تم منحها من أجلها. عدم ممارستنا أو فرضنا لأي حق أو تعويض منصوص عليه هنا لن يعمل كمؤشر على التنازل عن هذا الحق أو التعويض، ولن يمنع أي ممارسة أو فرض مستقبلي لهذا الحق أو التعويض. لن يمنع أو يقيد أي ممارسة منفردة أو جزئية لأي حق أو تعويض ممارسة أخرى لهذا الحق أو التعويض أو حقوق أو تعويضات أخرى.
:تعديلات
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل شروط وأحكام المشترين هذه من وقت لآخر. يجوز لنا، وفقًا لتقديرنا الخاص، لفت الانتباه إلى هذه التعديلات. تظل مسؤوليتك وحدك التأكد من اطلاعك على أي تعديلات على شروط وأحكام المشترين. باستخدامك لمنصة الإنترنت، بعد أي تعديلات على شروط وأحكام المشترين، فإنك توافق على النسخة المعدلة من شروط استخدام المشتري. يرجى عدم استخدام أو الوصول إلى المنصة الإلكترونية إذا كنت لا توافق على النسخة المعدلة من شروط وأحكام المشترين. يمكنك مراجعة أحدث نسخة من شروط استخدام المشتري في أي وقت على هذه الصفحة
:تعويض
في حالة مواجهتنا لإجراءات قانونية بسبب أفعالك أو تقاعسك، يحق لنا أن نطلب منك تعويضنا. على سبيل المثال، ستغطي جميع تكاليفنا بما في ذلك الرسوم القانونية والنفقات. إذا قررنا، وفقًا لتقديرنا الخاص، تولي مهمة الدفاع عن هذه المطالبات، فإنك توافق على تقديم مساعدة معقولة بناءً على طلبنا.
:قابلية الفصل
يعمل كل بند من بنود شروط وأحكام المشترين هذه بشكل منفصل. إذا قررت أي محكمة أو سلطة ذات صلة أن أيًا منها غير قانوني أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، فستظل الفقرات المتبقية سارية المفعول بالكامل.
:القوانين المعمول بها
تخضع شروط وأحكام المشترين وأي حق غير تعاقدي ينشأ عن أو فيما يتعلق بشروط وأحكام المشترين لأحكام وتفسيرات قوانين جمهورية مصر العربية المعمول بها.
